The Institute of Baking and Cake Art (IBCA), a specialized baking and confectionery service provider in India today announced the launch of a two-month-long 'Job oriented Bakery Course' for young and interested candidates to enter the growing and creative industry of food. With the demands of the bakery products growing up hugely, there has been a profusion of bakery chains springing up across India in the last few years. The bakery industry, valued at Rs 69 billion, has achieved third position in generating revenue among the processed food sector in the country.
